About Us

Over the years, my passion to give new life to vintage treasures grew into a large collection of vintage ephemera and glass. In early 2012, I ran out of room to display new found treasures so I established an Etsy store.

While in Chicago, Green Basics, Inc. grew into a great source of vintage glass, serving dishes and home décor. Over time, the selection expanded to include books and a variety of ephemera including postcards, maps, advertisements, playing cards and other random stuff.

After moving to the Seattle area, shipping vintage glass and décor items became expensive for my East Coast customers. In early 2018, I started to experiment with a variety of sales methods offered by Etsy and the types of products I carried. In early 2019 I decided to expand the experiment and launch www.greenbasics.com and expand to Ebay. You can check out those stores for additional merchandise and checkout my customer reviews. The new site, over time, will provide you with an expanded selection of ephemera, books, upcycled creations and digital versions of select items. Green Basics, Inc is here to help. Whether you are expanding an existing vintage collection, adding some flair to your home or next party, or need some vintage material for your next art project, Greeen Basics, Inc may have what you need.

I have an extensive collection of ephemera and will add items frequently. If you don’t see it on the site, are looking for something specific, need some customization for an upcycled creation, or have a question about bulk discounts, visit the Contact Us page to send me a request.

Warm regards,

Anthony
