U.S. #1138 commemorates the 150th anniversary of Dr. Ephraim McDowell’s first successful operation of an ovarian tumor.
The block of stamps would look fantastic framed or as a cool addition to an art or scrapbooking project.
Each stamp measures about 1″ x 1″. The block of stamps is unhinged and in great condition.
